ZUMBA: The zumba dance incorporates latin rhythms and easy dancing movements and steps to create a dynamic dance fitness program. A little bit of salsa, merenque, reggaeton, samba, hip hop, cha cha, flamengo will make an enjoyable workout!
HATHA YOGA: It is a branch of yoga that focuses on physical health and mental well-being. It uses physical atanas, asanas, pranayama techniques, and meditation (dyana) for a strong healthy body and a pure, serene mind.
PILATES MAT: The body control technique, according to its creator Joseph Pilates, which evenly and comfortably trains the whole body, most importantly, it is addressed to all regardless of age, gender and level.
SUSPENSION TRAINING: It is a complete exercise program with straps that develop at the same time strength, balance, flexibility and stability of the muscular system, utilizing exclusively the gravity of the body
BODYWORKOUT: A complete fitness program, enriched in exercises and equipment, designed to improve the physical condition of the body.
